OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES

Preliminary Article – Organizer Identification

This raffle is organized by the MATT RALLYE Association, an association governed by the law of July 1, 1901, and current regulations.

PREAMBLE

As part of the financing of its sports activities, travel, equipment maintenance, and participation in automotive competitions, the MATT RALLYE Association is organizing a raffle based on the sale of official association T-shirts.

Participation in this raffle implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

The association undertakes to organize this operation with a constant concern for transparency, fairness among participants, and compliance with applicable rules.

These rules may be presented to any competent authority as well as to the judicial officer responsible, if applicable, for supervising the draw.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE OF THE RAFFLE

This raffle is organized with the sole purpose of financially supporting the activities of the MATT RALLYE Association.

The funds collected will be allocated in particular to:

• financing sports seasons;
• competition entry fees;
• travel expenses;
• vehicle maintenance;
• material purchases;
• the general operation of the association.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION

The raffle will begin on:

July 12, 2026

It will end when all 1,600 official T-shirts have been sold.

The draw will be organized after this sale.

The date, time, and location will be announced at least fifteen days before the draw.

ARTICLE 3 – NUMBER OF ENTRIES

This operation is limited to the sale of:

1,600 T-shirts

Each T-shirt entitles to one chance to win.

Thus, the maximum number of entries in the draw is set at 1,600.

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to all natural persons of legal age.

Minors may participate under the responsibility of their legal representative.

Participation is conditional on the actual purchase of an official MATT RALLYE T-shirt.

Any participation implies acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 5 – PURCHASE METHODS

The official MATT RALLYE T-shirt is sold at the single price of:

€29.90 including all taxes

Each purchase will result in the creation of a numbered order form.

Payment can be made by any payment method accepted by the association.

ARTICLE 6 – PARTICIPATION NUMBER

The official participation number corresponds to the unique order form number issued at the time of purchase.

Each T-shirt purchased entitles to an additional chance to win the prize.

Thus:

• an order including 1 T-shirt entitles to 1 participation;
• an order including 2 T-shirts entitles to 2 participations;
• an order including 4 T-shirts entitles to 4 participations.

In this case, the order form number will be entered into the draw as many times as there are T-shirts purchased.

Example:

Order form No. 1058 for four T-shirts will be entered four times among the draw entries.

No paper tickets will be issued.

The order form constitutes the official proof of participation.

ARTICLE 7 – PROOF OF PARTICIPATION

Participants must keep their order form until the results are announced.

In the event of loss of the order form, the association may verify the participant's identity by means of its official sales register.

However, the final decision will rest with the association's board or the judicial officer, if the latter supervises the draw.

ARTICLE 9 – OWNERSHIP OF THE PRIZE

As of the date of prize handover, the Citroën Saxo will be the property of Matthias BERBERIA, who will hold all necessary rights to transfer ownership to the winner.

The association will provide the winner with all documents necessary for the transfer of vehicle ownership in accordance with current regulations.

ARTICLE 10 – DRAW

The draw will be organized after the sale of the 1,600 T-shirts.

The date, time, and location will be communicated by the association at least fifteen (15) days before the draw.

The association wishes to entrust the supervision of the draw to a bailiff, subject to their acceptance.

The draw will be conducted in a completely random manner among all recorded entries.

Order form numbers will be present in the draw as many times as they correspond to the number of T-shirts purchased.

Thus, an order of four T-shirts will result in four entries of the same number in the draw.

ARTICLE 11 – WINNER SELECTION

The randomly drawn number will designate the winner.

The winner will be informed by phone, email, or any other means of contact.

The result may also be published on the association's communication channels.

ARTICLE 12 – IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Before any prize handover, the winner must present:

• a valid form of identification;
• their order form or any other proof establishing their participant status.

The association will verify the correlation between the drawn number and the official sales register.

In the event of fraud, falsification, or attempted fraud, participation will be cancelled.

ARTICLE 13 – VEHICLE HANDOVER

The vehicle will be handed over to the winner at a mutually agreed-upon appointment.

The following will be provided:

• the transfer certificate;
• the administrative status certificate, if necessary;
• the technical inspection report;
• the vehicle keys;
• all mandatory administrative documents.

A handover report will be drawn up and signed by the President of the association and the winner.

ARTICLE 14 – COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE WINNER

Unless otherwise decided by the association, the following costs remain the responsibility of the winner:

• costs related to obtaining the vehicle registration certificate;
• registration fees;
• vehicle insurance;
• any travel expenses incurred to collect the lot.

The association will not cover any costs related to the use, maintenance, or repairs of the vehicle after its handover.

ARTICLE 15 – ASSOCIATION'S LIABILITY

The MATT RALLYE Association will do its utmost to ensure the smooth running of this raffle.

However, it cannot be held liable in the event of:

• force majeure or an unforeseeable event beyond its control;
• administrative or judicial decision preventing the raffle from taking place;
• postponement or cancellation of the draw for safety or regulatory compliance reasons;
• loss or deterioration of an order form attributable to the participant.

The association's liability will definitively cease on the day the vehicle is handed over to the winner.

ARTICLE 16 – VEHICLE WARRANTIES

The vehicle is awarded as is on the day it is handed over.

A mandatory technical inspection will be carried out before the lot is handed over.

The winner acknowledges having taken possession of the vehicle after verifying its apparent condition.

From the signing of the transfer certificate, the winner becomes solely responsible for the vehicle.

The association cannot be held responsible for any repairs, maintenance costs, breakdowns, or incidents that may occur after the lot is handed over.

ARTICLE 17 – PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during the sale of T-shirts is exclusively intended to:

• record entries;
• identify participants;
• organize the draw;
• contact the winner;
• meet legal obligations related to the organization of the raffle.

The data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the bailiff's mission.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data in accordance with applicable regulations.

ARTICLE 18 – COMMUNICATION

The winner authorizes the MATT RALLYE association to publish their first name, the initial of their last name, and photographs of the vehicle handover on the association's communication channels.

In the event of a written objection made before publication, the association undertakes to respect the winner's right to image and privacy.

ARTICLE 19 – AMENDMENT OF THE RULES

These rules may only be amended if required by a legal or regulatory provision or a request from the bailiff.

Any amendment will be communicated to participants before its entry into force.

ARTICLE 20 – CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

The association may postpone or cancel the raffle in the event of force majeure, administrative decision, or any exceptional circumstance making its organization impossible.

In the event of cancellation, participants will be informed as soon as possible through the association's communication channels.

ARTICLE 21 – CLAIMS

Any claim relating to the organization of the raffle must be sent in writing to the association's headquarters within thirty (30) days following the draw date.

No claim will be considered after this period.

ARTICLE 22 – DISPUTES

These regulations are subject to French law.

The parties will primarily seek an amicable solution to any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these regulations.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts with territorial jurisdiction will have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 23 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this raffle implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Each participant acknowledges having read all of its provisions before registering.

These rules can be provided free of charge to anyone who requests them.

ARTICLE 24 – EFFECTIVE DATE

These rules come into force on July 12, 2026.

It will remain applicable until the prize is definitively awarded to the winner and the operation is administratively closed.
